Mid-Day Thought: The Works of Our Hands

Let Your work be shown to Your servants, and Your glorious power to their children.
Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us, and establish the work of our hands upon us; yes, establish the work of our hands! -Psalm 90:16,17

Nothing is more inspiring than to see someone do a good deed for another. Whether the deed is as simple as opening a door for someone to something more involved as lending money or buying groceries, watching the faces of the giver and the recipient are priceless. Both seem to be getting something...and they are.

His work is not only being able to be the instruments of His work as being the giver, but also being able to allow blessings fall upon you and receive from others with open hands.
His love, His glorious power, is the energy to establish His work.
Allow God to establish the work of His hands by watching and noticing the needs of others and receiving from others in your time of need. May the posterity of His love reign forever. Amen.
