For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. -Romans 3:23
This is one of the verses used in evangelizing others in the salvation to Jesus. As a devotional, this verse can be taken as a depressing or inspiring verse depending on your view or your mood.
This verse also can be dangerous for some to use as an excuse for sinning against God.
Christians have to see this verse as an honest statement of our spiritual condition. Realizing this, Christians also must know that we are in need of help and a Helper every day about our condition.
That is why we must praise our Lord God for sending this Helper in our times of need.
Whether on our knees or with our head bowed, pray to Him to direct our paths and guide our feet. Amen!
